Services, treatment packages, spa memberships, gift certificates, spa products and merchandise purchased are non-refundable.

Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment times. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly. We do understand that traffic can be unpredictable sometimes please allow time for travel and if you are running late please let us know.

We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the Spa. Oasis of Healing Spa with Salt Rooms and our employees accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises. We kindly ask that you check all belongings before leaving the spa.

To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary at Oasis of Healing Spa with Salt Rooms, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged, please keep them on silent mode, please also avoid holding loud conversations.

All our treatments and services are indented for persons 12 years and older; however, Children are permitted at Oasis of Healing Spa if they are booked for a service and their parents or guardians give consent for the service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also would like to keep a relaxing environment for our guests.

Pregnancy / Medical and Special-Consideration

It is your responsibility to declare any relevant medical conditions, such as; high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, are pregnant or have any other medical complications to our Spa Team before treatment, you are also advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any treatment or services. Kindly inform our Spa Team of any existing medical conditions or skin conditions. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa treatment.
